“I was looking for a venue space in the North East for one of our British Red Cross Legacy events, when I came across Spanish City online. A striking venue, fully accessible and with gorgeous views, could this be the perfect venue?
“Making an enquiry online was simple and the team were quick and efficient with their response. They made sure to see what budget we had, what our expectations were and see what they could do to make sure our event was a success.
“Rachel was our point of contact on the lead-up to the event and she was more than happy to help with any questions or changes we had along the way. As we had made the initial enquiry during the Covid pandemic lockdowns, there were several changes needed during the planning stages and the team handled everything calmly and effectively – making everything feel in control.
“The day before the event, I met with the team at the venue who showed me around the rooms and made sure everything was as we wanted. We ran through the event timings, IT connections and risk assessments, and nothing was too much to ask.
“Finally, on the morning of our event, I was met by Mo Kamal who was amazing. He made sure everything was set up, that I knew who was doing what and that if I needed anything he would be there to help.
