Event update:
After careful consideration, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the difficult decision that due to social distancing requirements we are unable to continue with the ‘entry only’ tickets for our Light Switch on Event on Sunday 15th November 2020.
All ‘entry only’ tickets, which were purchased via our website, have now been cancelled and refunds have been processed via our ticketing system (Please note this may take up to 14 days to appear in your account).
For those who have table reservations in Trenchers Restaurant or 1910 for this night, your booking is still valid and we will be contacting those guests separately for the arrangements for this night. Please note we have no availability for any new table reservations on this day.
We understand, as a ticket holder, this news will be very disappointing, and we are very sorry that we are having to cancel our ‘entry only’ tickets. We hope you understand this decision was not made lightly but the safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority.
Thank you for your support and understanding. We hope that you will still visit us during December to see our fantastic Christmas tree.

About the event:
Kick off the festive season on Sunday 15th November by joining us for our stunning Christmas tree light switch on. Our tremendous glittering tree was voted the Best Christmas Tree in Europe in 2019*, so the switch on is not to be missed.
Under the grandeur of the Dome, listen to carol singers, sip on mulled wine and eat mince pies, while children are entertained by stilt walkers, bauble decorating and balloon modelling. Let the countdown commence!

£3.00 per person or free entry if you book a table* and dine in Trenchers or 1910 between 4pm – 7pm. Please note, table bookings are for 90 minutes only. Please note Trenchers & 1910 are now fully booked.

A £5.00 deposit per person is required to book a table to dine in. If Spanish City cancels due to government COVID restrictions, customers will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
