Social Media Competition - Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the social media competition running across Facebook and Instagram during November 2020.

• The competition closes on Friday 26 November 2020 at 23:59.
• A winner will be selected at random and announced on Monday 30 November 2020.
• The winner will be notified privately by Facebook or Instagram, depending on where the winner entered. The winner will have three days to respond and if they do not get in touch, then a new winner will be selected.
• The winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram and the entrant will be tagged.
• The competition is taking place on Facebook and Instagram. Entrants can enter on both social media channels.
• To enter the competition on Facebook, the person entering must have liked and shared the competition post, tagged or named at least one person in the comments section of the competition post, as well as liked the Spanish City Facebook Page.
• To enter the competition on Instagram, the person entering must have liked the competition post, shared it on their Instagram Story, tagged at least one person in the comments section of the competition post, as well as liked the Spanish City Instagram Page.
• The prize is as follows:
  • 2 x starters, 2 x main meals, 2 x desserts, 1 x bottle of prosecco from Trenchers Restaurant
  • 2 x cocktails in The Champagne Bar
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The prize will need to be redeemed within 12 months after the deadline.
• You must be over 18 to enter the competition.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
