Social Media Competition - Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the social media competition running across Facebook and Instagram during April and May 2020.

• The competition closes on Wednesday 24 June 2020 at 23:59.
• A winner will be selected at random and announced on Thursday 25 June 2020.
• The winner will be notified by Facebook or Instagram, depending on where the winner entered. The winner will have three days to respond and if they do not get in touch, then a new winner will be selected.
• The competition is taking place on Facebook and Instagram. Entrants can enter on both social media channels.
• To enter the competition on Facebook, the person entering must have liked and shared the competition post, tagged or named at least one person in the comments section of the competition post, as well as liked the Spanish City Facebook Page.
• To enter the competition on Instagram, the person entering must have liked the competition post, shared it on their Instagram Story, tagged at least one person in the comments section of the competition post, as well as liked the Spanish City Instagram Page.
• The prize is as follows:
  • A meal for four people at Trenchers Restaurant, Spanish City. The prize includes two main meals, two kids meals, four sides, four mini cakes from Valerie’s Tearoom a bottle of wine and two soft drinks.
  • The cakes from Valerie’s Tearoom will be selected at random.
  • Please note that we currently cannot cater to dietary requirements, e.g. gluten-free fish and chips
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The prize will be available to be redeemed at Trenchers, Spanish City, within twelve months after the 25th June 2020.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
