Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions our office is only manned between Monday and Friday each week. Therefore vouchers ordered after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Vouchers purchased on Monday to Thursday before 3pm will be processed the same day.
Gift voucher collections can only be made between 10am and 4pm on Monday to Sunday. Please wait for confirmation that they’re ready to collect.
If you are unable to collect during these times then please select ‘postal delivery’ so that the vouchers can be posted out to you.
Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19 all Spanish City gift vouchers that have an expiry date between 31st March 2020 and 30th June 2021 will have the expiry date extended for a 12 month period.
Spanish City gift vouchers can be purchased online and via telephone on 0191 691 7090. They can be posted straight out to you (P&P charges apply) or collected from Spanish City. They can also be bought from the main desk in Trenchers Restaurant or Valerie’s Tearoom when open.
