Social Media Competition - Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the social media competition running across Facebook and Instagram during July 2020.

• The competition closes on Friday 24 July 2020 at 23:59.
• A winner will be selected at random and announced on Monday 27 July 2020.
• The winner will be notified by Facebook or Instagram, depending on where the winner entered. The winner will have three days to respond and if they do not get in touch, then a new winner will be selected.
• The winner will not be announced to the general public due to GDPR.
• The competition is taking place on Facebook and Instagram. Entrants can enter on both social media channels.
• To enter the competition on Facebook, the person entering must have liked and shared the competition post, tagged or named at least one person in the comments section of the competition post, as well as liked the Spanish City Facebook Page.
• To enter the competition on Instagram, the person entering must have liked the competition post, shared it on their Instagram Story, tagged at least one person in the comments section of the competition post, as well as liked the Spanish City Instagram Page.
• The prize is as follows:
  • A meal for two people at 1910 Restaurant, Spanish City. The prize includes two starters, two main meals, two desserts and a bottle of house prosecco.
  • The Chateaubriand is excluded from the menu options
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The prize will be available to be redeemed at 1910, Spanish City, during August 2020.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
